We
could only do a walk, instead of our usual run, because Grandpa
Doug had his shoulder rotator cuff operation the previous Friday.
No shoulder bouncing from running for a while!
Here is cutie Sierra
with her Princess sunglasses.
After about 20
minutes of walking, Michelle took off on her own so she could do a
decent workout. She got up to the blue railing and back (our
7 mile route) before Sierra and I got to our 5 mile turnaround
point. We could see her earlier - far off in the distance as
she zoomed up steep Pacific Island Drive.
Doesn't Sierra look
like a mature Jr. High School student here? She won't even
be 3 until January 19, 2003!

bandages from the Friday August 23rd operation.

The simpler bandages
put on Tuesday August 27th. Next week you get to see scar
pictures!
