5-10 A 7 mile blue railing run

	Michelle tripped and fell earlier in the week and dinged up her knee pretty good plus some road rash on her arms and other knee.
	Fortunately after one day of hurting the knee was fine motionwise. I did a rough calculation and she falls on an average of once every 500 miles of running! Actually both of us usually "almost trip" once every other run. When you do go down it is all over so fast you haven't had a split second to respond.
	Sierra still talks about Mommy's Owie and remembers it happened on a Tuesday. Here she is showing her former knee Owie in sympathy!

	This time Mom brought Sierra's bubble making paraphernalia. Jumping for joy!
