April 28, 2002 A second trip from Aliso Woods to Top of the World with Sierra
No struggling up the hill pictures today, This is a shot at the very top. Nice clear day. Took 1:00:50 to get to the top and after a half hour rest and playing in the park - 45:17 down. Gramps got his heart monitor up to 174 at the very end (his theoretical max heart rate for his age is 220 - age of 63 = 157). Claims he can zoom along for an hour at the 157 rate.
Sweaty - of course! Its fun and the views are worth the effort. Hi Mom! The park with a view! Sierra has always loved swings. Flying! A better view of the far off Saddleback Mountain range. Michelle has to get her fun in too!
