Amtrak "Coast Starlight" train trip
Part 3 in Vancouver, Canada

	Morning hike on the 16th to the Vancouver post office.
	A giant clothes pin torsion spring!  Canadian art in the city hall area.
	Civic Center waterfall.
	Karen.
	The Vancouver Public Library is built somewhat like the Roman Coliseum. We spent a good hour meandering inside.
	In the afternoon the sun came out and we wandered Robson Street - the main shopping area.
	October 17, 2001- a morning hike through Stanley Park along the Sea Wall route.
	After hiking to the Tea House we cut across the park through the rain forest.
	Karen in the forest.
	Exiting Stanley Park.  That same afternoon I jogged to the park and ran the entire Sea Loop and back to the condo - about 8 miles total.
	Karen & I then hiked back through the city via Robson Street.
