Nov 22 Thanksgiving day

	Turkey Day! Michelle and I started the day off together by running the 25th annual 10k Turkey Trot run (6.2 miles) in Dana Point at 7AM. Later that afternoon The Barton's paid Karen, I and Karen's Mom Gladys a short visit on their way up to LA to see Rory's Grandma.

	Hey! How did Michelle and Doug do in the race?
	Michelle's time was 47:41, 484 overall out of 2,325 10k runners, 109 out of 1002 women runners and 26th out of the 210 women in the 30 to 35 age category (7:40 minutes per mile). This was a full 6 minutes faster than her 1993 "Turkey Trot" time of 53:36! Doug ran it in 50:01, 716 overall out of 2,325 10k runners, 546 out of 1323 men, 8th out of the 33 in the 60 to 65 age category (8:04 minutes per mile). This was 2 minutes plus faster than his 1993 time of 52:16!
