Doug Schumann, Dr.
Len Glaser and Karen Malewicki on a hike along the beach.
After a couple of miles, Dr. Len Glaser and I started running. We
got a 4.5 mile training run in for our upcoming Naples half
marathon event on Sunday. |

Friday, January
24th.
Doug let us borrow his Ford Explorer to drive up to Sun City
Center - just North of Sarasota to visit with Henry Wysock, my 90
year old Godfather and a super favorite person since I was a kid. |

inside his apartment. After lunch we called my Mom (Hank and
my Dad grew up together), visited a bit more and then headed back
to Naples around 3:30 PM. |
 |
Karen and I got back
with just enough time to join the gang on the gulf for a sunset
viewing and wine drinking party. |

Doug Schumann, Anke,
Bob, Len, Jane, Dr. Gary Parker and Karen.
Gary and Jane came
in on a commercial flight from Bangor, Maine. Gary is Doug's
cousin - a retired orthopedic surgeon who was doing 150 hip and
knee replacements every year. |
