Mini High School Reunion Dinner at the Il Fornio restaurant in Irvine, California

	Guest of honor Karl Mattson was out from Chicago visiting Judy Creekmore - a best friend since preschool days!  We all heard some great stories from Karl about his pre-retirement days as a Chicago policeman and detective.
	Fay and Denny Flanzer drove down from Palos Verdes.  Denny will be organizing another mini- reunion in August - probably at the Cheesecake Factory in Sherman Oaks - so SSHS alumni located in LA and in the Valley can get in on the fun.
	Beth and Dr. Jerry Brodkin came up from Escondido.  Jerry wanted to make sure we had an early dinner so he could get heading back for the 70 mile drive no later than 8 PM.  We were all still gabbing at the Il Fornio as  10 PM rolled around!
	Doug and Karen Malewicki.  Doug is smiling, but unhappy, because Jerry did not drive his Nissan 350Z, NOR did Denny bring his brand new Porsche Boxster S.  Was it the rain OR their fear of Doug wanting to do more aggresssive test drives (as he did with Jerry's car after the San Diego mini last February)?

Karl said he he had so much fun that he is now planning to come out again for the August reunion.  Joel Glabman will also try to make it from Las Vegas.
